I’ve always struggled with the idea that as a photographer, I would be placed in a category. People always ask what sort of photography do you do? Landscape…weddings? Well, I do a photographic type of photography.
Through education, employment, and experimentation, I had the opportunity to hone my skills and a variety of techniques in image-making and capture.
For me, photography is a process to create and capture the beauty in the world around us. Be it film, digital, or alternative photographic practices. I feel blessed to have been trained in such a variety of mediums.
